TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Service Assurance

We deliver interior design, architectural planning, and modular furniture solutions according to agreed project scope and timelines. All work is carried out with professionalism and industry standards. Any change in scope may impact delivery and cost.

2. Project Approvals

Projects begin only after client approval of designs, estimates, or drawings. Once approved, modifications are considered additional work. Such changes may require revised timelines or charges depending on the complexity.

3. Revisions & Modifications

Clients receive a specific number of revisions based on their package or agreement. Extra revisions beyond the limit will incur additional charges. All revisions must stay relevant to the original concept.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment milestones must be followed to ensure smooth progress of work. Delayed or incomplete payments can pause design, production, or installation. No final deliverables will be provided until outstanding payments are cleared.

5. Material Selection & Pricing

Material prices may vary depending on market availability. If a selected material becomes unavailable, we will suggest suitable alternatives. Any price difference due to upgrades or special choices will be communicated clearly.

6. Site Access & Conditions

Clients must ensure safe, clean, and uninterrupted site access for our team. Delays caused by site issues, third-party work, or lack of utilities (electricity, water, etc.) are not our responsibility. Proper site readiness speeds up execution.

7. Warranty & Responsibility

Warranty applies only to items covered by manufacturers or as mentioned in the agreement. Issues caused by misuse, environmental conditions, or third-party installations are not covered. All warranty claims must be documented.

8. Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client must pay for the completed design, labour, production, and materials ordered. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after deducting all project-related expenses.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for issues beyond our scope, such as electrical faults, plumbing issues, structural defects, or environmental damages. Our responsibility is limited only to the services directly provided by NUE DESIGN ATELIER.
